No more shaking bags, our completely unique sieving system does all the separation for you. The smooth & gentle agitation system ensures safe handling of those precious heads and the recirculation system ensures they are extracted as soon as they release, you don't have to worry about them getting beat up in the barrel.
Reduced Labour Costs
This system can easily be fully maintained and run for a full shift by a single operator and can process upwards of 50 kgs of Fresh frozen product in a single 8 hour shift.
Uninterrupted Hash Making Magic
The agitation and recirculation system means saying bye to wash, dump, rinse, repeat! The user can trust the system to collect all products and continue to recirculate for up to 1 hour at a time. Once trained an operator should expect less than 30 mins of downtime during any cycle. This includes filling, dumping and rinsing the machine.
Plug and Play Installation
Comes ready for use, with less than 30 minutes of setup your Bubble Bluhm will be ready for operation. Knowing the industry well, we understand the challenge of getting some of the large units into small spaces. With this in mind we have designed the Bubble Bluhm to Fit through any opening greater than 32.5" wide.
Quick Swappable Trays
With our innovative Quick Swap Designs, No more bottlenecks, no more clogs. If you have a full screen just give the machine a quick pause, slide your full screen out and replace with a fresh screen, away you go! This process can be done in under a minute. Use the built in wand sprayer and collection deck to quickly collect your output onto the tray and into the freeze dryer!
